Tennessee Valley Audubon Society will have a table and displays at Hays Nature Preserve. Please stop by to check out our displays and check for Birding 101 times. TVAS volunteers plan to lead at least one Birding 101 hike during the day. The event is from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. but you may want to come early to join in a birding hike at 8 a.m. The event is free and includes children’s activities, hot dogs, drinks and popcorn. Hays Nature Preserve does ask that you bring a reusable water bottle to use at their refilling stations.
